'Crust & Gusto Pizzeria' originated from a humble vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint family-managed spot with age-old recipes passed down the line.
The proprietor, Marco Rossi, picked up the craft of pizza creation on her excursions across Italy, mentored by expert pizza chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, her resolve was to offer the true essence of Italian pizza, sticking to the old ways and prime ingredients.
Starting off as a tiny 12-seater pizza place, we've evolved to become a cherished community gem, all while upholding our dedication to excellence and genuine tradition. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and acquiring top-tier ingredients.
In the present day, 'Crust & Gusto Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's progeny at the helm of our eager crew. Though we've adopted a few contemporary approaches, our core remains: to serve delectable, real pizza that unites patrons.
